From Cultural Transformation to Entrepreneurial Empowerment

My journey began in the dynamic world of the film industry, followed by a strategic interlude within European institutions. In 2012, driven by a desire to empower individuals, I pivoted to coaching, grounding my practice in Humanist Coaching at the LCA. This approach explores the four pillars of being—physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual—to unlock true potential.

Building a foundation in cooperation I quickly expanded my toolkit with Ludocoaching training at Viavectis, mastering the use of games as vectors for cultural transformation. Certified in "The 6 Levers of Cooperation" and the Totem game, I learned to foster fluid teamwork and collective intelligence in diverse settings.

A decade of impact (2015–2023) : as an independent business coach, I collaborated with a network of peers to guide teams across the private, public, and associative sectors, as well as in education. Our mission: to replace rigid hierarchies with cooperative reflexes and creative problem-solving.

Specializing in entrepreneurship : in 2020, partnering with Martine Pyck (OrientaEuro & KeyBox Solutions), I co-created and facilitated the "Self-employed, a pure joy" program, supported by Actiris. Designed for job seekers, this intensive course covered the full entrepreneurial lifecycle: from Mission & Vision to Business Model Canvas, Marketing, Financial Planning, and Legal Structures. We delivered over 13 workshops, equipping future entrepreneurs with the practical tools to launch their ventures.

Empowering the next generation : since 2021, I have served as an Entrepreneurial Coach at EPHEC (Haute École). Within the EPHEC ENTREPRENDRE program, I guide students from idea to launch through personalized coaching, group workshops, and strategic networking.
